Dear INSERT NAME,
For many, the summer holidays are probably over, and we are heading to the year's end.
During our previous newsletter, we highlighted that we would be publishing ten articles. For anyone who has not yet been able to read them, we have added a hyperlink for each article below. We also hope that those who did read them found them enjoyable and a concise update on what is happening in non-invasive respiratory support.
We also had our webinars, and again very interesting topics were discussed, including humidification and nebulization during airway clearance (Matthew Quint) and when to withdraw non-invasive ventilation (Prof Simonds & Prof Kampelmacher) (see link below).
COPD patients sometimes have a hard time after coming off their ventilatory support. This is often due to de-ventilation syndrome; Prof Morélot explains the cause and how to reduce the symptoms. This piece is in French but other translations will be available soon.
With September just around the corner, we also know that it will be a busy period again with various conferences. Among them will be DIGAB in Hamburg and ERS in Milan, and of course, we are represented at both and hope to meet you in person again at our booths.

Happy reading,
The Education by Breas Team. | |
